A national full-service law firm is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to join its Salt Lake City office. This is a standout opportunity for a senior attorney with 15+ years of experience to take ownership of sophisticated employment matters while leveraging cross-practice collaboration and dedicated business development support. The firm’s structure supports attorney autonomy, entrepreneurial growth, and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent employers in litigation matters including discrimination, retaliation, wage & hour, and wrongful termination

• Counsel clients on compliance, workplace policies, internal investigations, and contract negotiations

• Drive business development and strengthen client relationships

• Collaborate with peers across departments to deliver holistic legal solutions

• Play an active role in firm leadership, client strategy, and mentorship

Qualifications:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in employment law (both litigation and advisory)

• Strong litigation background and understanding of federal and state employment laws

• Active license to practice in Utah

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of client service and retention

• Ability to lead, collaborate, and manage cases independently
