Paralegal - Transactional

Our Utah-based law firm is seeking a Business/Transactional Paralegal to join our dedicated team. We seek a self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. We serve a diverse clientele ranging from individuals and families to entrepreneurs, small business owners, and large corporations, and we handle litigation matters for both plaintiffs and defendants as appropriate.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a law firm setting
• Paralegal certificate, Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree
• Experience in some of the following areas:
  • Commercial and/or business transactions
  • LLC and Corporation registrations
  • EIN acquisition, dissolutions, and conversions
  • Drafting schedules and closing documents
  • Familiarity with the division of corporations & commercial code website
  • Acquisition and divestiture processes
