Qualifications- Qualified candidates must have meaningful 10+ years experience in handling matters pertaining to water rights adjudication, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with environmental, natural resources, and corporate law would be helpful.
- Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, demonstrate a commitment to ethics, be highly motivated and hardworking, be a good communicator, and be able to work with minimal supervision.
- Candidates must be a member of the Utah Bar or be willing to become a member of the Utah Bar.
