National Law Firm in Salt Lake City, recognized as a leader in business dispute litigation, is seeking an associate attorney to join our commercial and business litigation group.

Our team is comprised of experienced trial lawyers with a broad understanding of business implications, drawing on multidisciplinary expertise in industries such as financial services, accounting, insurance, real estate, construction, gaming, and entertainment to develop creative and efficient strategies.

Job Requirements:

Possess strong interpersonal, administrative, and organizational skills.

Be detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage a diverse workload.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

1-2 years or more of Business and Corporate Litigation experience preferred.

Strong academic background, superior drafting and research skills, negotiation skills, and capacity to handle significant project responsibilities.

Compensation range: $150,000 - $200,000 annually.
