We are seeking an experienced Quality Analyst with strong expertise in the Payments domain
. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manual testing, payment systems (ACH, Wires, SWIFT), and Azure Dev Ops (ADO) Test Plans.

• 6+ years of QA manual testing experience
• Mandatory experience in Payments domain
• Strong experience in:
  • MTS (Wires)
  • PEP+ (ACH)
• 3+ years of experience with Azure Dev Ops (ADO) Test Plans
• Strong knowledge of:
  • ACH
  • Wires
  • SWIFT
  • End-to-end payment lifecycle
• Experience with defect tracking tools (6+ years)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Analyze requirements and design test cases in Azure Dev Ops Test Plans
• Execute test cases within ADO and update test results
• Perform functional, regression, and release testing
• Execute test plans and test cases
• Validate end-to-end payment flows including:
  • Returns
  • Reversals
  • Settlement processing
• Create and maintain test cases for enhancements
• Log, track, and retest defects in ADO
• Perform data validation across payment systems
• Collaborate with business and technical teams

• Testing Life Cycle – 6+ Years
• Defect Tracking Tools – 6+ Years
• Payments Knowledge (ACH, Wires, SWIFT) – 6+ Years
• Azure Dev Ops (ADO) – 3+ Years
