QA Analyst
Location:
Salt Lake City, UT
- Analyze requirements and design test cases in Azure Dev Ops Test Plans.
- Execute test cases within ADO and update results.
- Perform release and functional & regression testing.
- Execute test plans and test cases.
- Validate end-to-end payment flows including returns, reversals, settlement processing.
- Good knowledge on Payments domain – ACH, Wire payments, SWIFT, PEP.
- Create and maintain test cases for enhancement.
- Log, track, and retest defects in ADO.
- Perform data validation across payment systems.
- Work with business and technical teams.
- 6+ years of QA manual testing experience.
- Payment's domain expertise is mandatory.
- Strong experience in MTS (Wires) and PEP+ (ACH).
- Experience using ADO Test Plans for test management.
- Knowledge of ACH, Wires, SWIFT, and payment lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in team environment.
