Adaptive Solution Architect​/EPM

We are seeking a senior Adaptive Solution Architect to lead the design, enhancement, and strategic direction of an enterprise planning platform. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, guiding both solution development and cross-functional teams to improve forecasting accuracy, operational efficiency, and enterprise-wide planning.

• Provide leadership and ownership of the Adaptive platform roadmap and architecture.
• Lead solution design, model development, and optimization efforts.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, high-performing planning solutions.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across finance, supply chain, sales, and workforce planning.
• Facilitate workshops, testing cycles, and deployment activities.
• Ensure system integration, performance, maintainability, and user adoption.
• Mentor and guide team members and stakeholders on best practices and technical standards.
• Stay current on platform updates, emerging trends, and industry best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field.
• 6+ years hands-on Adaptive or similar planning/model-building experience.
• 10+ years working with enterprise planning/EPM platforms (Oracle Hyperion, SAP planning tools, IBM TM1, One Stream, Planful, Adaptive, etc.).
• Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture and integrations.
• Experience leading teams, guiding stakeholders, and influencing cross-functional decisions.
• Experience supporting financial, sales, supply chain, or workforce planning processes.
• Advanced Excel skills. Power BI experience is a plus.
• Experience with structured implementation or Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic leadership skills.
