About the Role:

Are you passionate about solving IT problems and helping people work smarter? IRIS is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our onsite IT Service Desk team
. You’ll be the first point of contact for colleagues with technical issues, providing hands‑on support and keeping our IT systems running smoothly.

This is a high‑impact role where your work directly helps teams stay productive, ensures business continuity, and contributes to the overall health of our IT infrastructure.

• Be the first point of contact for IT issues – hardware, software, applications.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve problems quickly, escalating when needed.
• Document solutions and maintain the IT knowledge base.
• Set up, configure, and maintain end‑user devices and software.
• Conduct hardware/software inventory management.
• Provide on‑the‑spot guidance and training to prevent recurring issues.
• Monitor IT infrastructure and report potential issues proactively.
• Participate in IT projects and process improvements.
• Ensure security and privacy protocols are followed at all times.
• Collaborate with IT colleagues and other teams across IRIS.

• A‑level qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft products.
• ITIL Foundation qualification or relevant ITIL knowledge is desirable.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized, and a team player who can also work independently.
