We’re looking for a Desk Side Support professional to provide hands-on IT support to end users in a dynamic, on-site environment. You’ll be the go-to person for troubleshooting, equipment setup, and ensuring users have a smooth IT experience.

What you’ll do
  • Provide on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot hardware, Windows OS, software, and connectivity issues
  • Install, configure, replace, and upgrade IT equipment (PCs, laptops, monitors, printers, docking stations, accessories)
  • Support Windows operating systems and standard corporate applications
  • Handle user account requests (password resets, access issues) following procedures
  • Log, track, and update tickets accurately in the service management system
  • Escalate incidents to Level 2 or specialized teams when needed
  • Perform basic asset management (inventory, tagging, tracking, lifecycle support)
  • Support workstation moves, adds, and changes (MAC activities)
  • Follow IT policies, security standards, and compliance requirements
  • Deliver professional customer service and clear communication with users and stakeholders
  • Support additional desk-side IT tasks as requested by the client
What we’re looking for
  • Previous experience in Desk Side Support, IT Support, or Technical Support (Level
    1)
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS and common enterprise applications
  • Hands-on experience with desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL-based processes
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, printers)
  • Flexibility to support different sites and tasks
  • Basic experience with Active Directory (user administration)
  • Knowledge of Office 365 or similar productivity suites
