Description
Resolut is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to own and execute our digital marketing strategy from end to end. This role is based in our Murray, Utah office and is a key part of our growth plan.
You will lead the performance and direction of our website, SEO, paid ads, email marketing, and campaign execution, working alongside a content creator and a team of fractional copywriters. You’ll partner closely with engineering, business development, proposals, and studio leaders to help the firm win more work and grow client relationships through smarter, more measurable digital marketing.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building systems, improving performance, and using data (and AI tools) to scale results.
What You’ll OwnYou will be responsible for driving the day-to-day execution and performance of Resolut’s digital marketing engine, including:
- Website + SEO
- Lead ongoing development and optimization of the company website (Word Press)
- Improve SEO performance and website conversion through content, structure, and technical improvements
- Ensure the website clearly communicates Resolut’s services, strengths, and differentiators
- Paid Media + Local Search
- Manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads and Linked In Ads)
- Track, report, and improve ROI and ROAS
- Maintain and optimize local presence, including Google Business Profile and Apple Maps
- Email Marketing + Nurture Campaigns
- Build and run targeted email campaigns, nurture sequences, and performance reporting (Salesforce marketing cloud)
- Manage email signature campaigns and related analytics (Wise Stamp)
- Support webinar promotion and follow-up campaigns as needed
- Use Voice of Customer data to improve marketing effectiveness (Qualtrics)
- CRM + Marketing Operations
- Maintain accurate and unified profiles and segmentation inside the CRM
- Work across Salesforce marketing, sales, and data clouds to improve targeting and reporting
- Improve digital workflows and marketing operations to support revenue generation
- Content Distribution + Campaign Execution
- Coordinate creation and distribution of marketing content across channels
- Ensure consistent message quality and brand standards
- Partner with internal teams to support studios, BD, and proposals with timely, relevant content
- Brand Management + Standards
- Build brand equity by ensuring consistent voice, visuals, and messaging firmwide
- Own brand guidelines and enforce standards across marketing and proposal content
- Partner with studios and BD to deliver timely, on-brand materials that support growth
- Innovation + Process Improvement
- Improve marketing systems and execution using AI tools and automation
- Introduce new ideas, campaigns, and processes that increase efficiency and performance

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing (required)
- Graduate degree is a plus
Experience
- 3+ years of B2B or professional services digital marketing experience
Hands-on experience with:
- Word Press
- Google Ads + Linked In Ads
- SEO strategy and execution
- Webinars and digital campaign support
- CRM workflows and segmentation
- Google Analytics
- Tools + Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing, Sales, and Data Clouds
- Strong ability to make data-informed decisions and communicate performance clearly
- Ability to work with teams across the company (studios, engineering, BD, leadership)
