Senior RAI Program Manager

• Develop a training plan to educate employees on AI ethics, development, and regulations
• Support the internal operations and management of the Responsible AI program, tracking team progress
• Manage RAI-related agenda items for the AI Governance Council and coordinate stakeholder input
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulations
• Communicate operational performance and regulatory adherence indicators to collaborators

• Bachelor’s degree in Program Management, Computer or Data Science, Product Management, Ethics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in AI, technology ethics, risk management, or a similar field, with a focus on program management
• Proficient knowledge of AI technologies, ethical considerations, and regulatory environments
• Proven track record of developing and implementing guidelines, training programs, and communication strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage partners at all levels

• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with experience delivering strategic programs across an organization
• Demonstrated insight and cultural awareness when navigating critical ethical considerations
• Experience with product development processes, AI and data governance frameworks, or compliance processes
• Familiarity with large language models or generative AI technologies
