Overview

This is a remote/hybrid role based in UT.

Position Summary: Assist the Education Operations Manager. Support education departmental and customer needs and services.

Responsibilities
  • The Education Department Assistant contributes to the smooth and efficient running of the administrative tasks in the department. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Daily review and coordination of AAPC student financing. Financing provided by external finance company, CLIMB. Coordination includes managing requested financing amounts, processing orders, and working with the sales team on inquiries related to CLIMB financing. Communicate with CLIMB on behalf of students to resolve course start dates and financing amounts. Daily management of the CLIMB online dashboard and reporting to management on CLIMB application statuses and totals.
  • Daily review of internal intranet report for AAPC distance learning courses, including students who failed to complete registration upon ordering. Failures are entered in the LMS with follow-up to send the course login and enrollment emails. The intranet report is checked several times during the day.
  • Answer emails in the AAPC Learning inbox and assist with emails in other courses as required by coaches.
  • Assist with incoming calls and emails regarding general course issues, complaints, or special circumstances.
  • Assist AAPC students with computer issues and troubleshoot to resolve student needs.
  • Communicate effectively with Distance Learning Coaches regarding any student issues or special needs.
  • Promote and communicate clearly with students and potential students/clients regarding AAPC and departmental offerings and services.
  • Assist Education Licensee instructors with teaching resources; may include registration into LMS for access and technical assistance with Exam View software (domestic and international).
  • Review and approve AAPC instructor applications; communicate approval vs. non-approval and request any additional information (domestic and international).
  • Process instructor course registration requests.
  • Support sales teams on needs required for distance learning students and Education Licensees (domestic and international).
  • Provide support to CPC-I members as needed for required yearly CTU requirement.
  • Assist with yearly curriculum updates and additions into the LMS.
  • Assist with LMS course builds and LMS/database processes.
