Senior Technical Consultant - Data Conversion

• Serve as the primary liaison for technical inquiries during project implementation, including pre‑sales, sales, and post‑sale for clients
• Collaborate with clients and partners to resolve technical challenges specific to their environments
• Lead improvements in the sales and engineering processes through documentation and supporting materials
• Conduct data requirements sessions and coordinate with cross‑organizational partners to define requirements
• Participate in the complete software implementation lifecycle, including data migration and reconciliation

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in data migration, integration development, report building, or software development
• At least 6 years of experience in technical consulting, requirements gathering, or solution design
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Financials, Supply Chain, or Student domains
• Proficiency with ETL, SQL/MySQL, XML, and Microsoft Excel
• Experience in coordinating and collaborating with partners to resolve data issues

• Experience using Git Hub
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and/or Ruby
• Prior experience with Workday data conversion technologies, including iLoad, EIB, and Advanced Load
• Participation in at least one full life cycle software implementation
• Experience mapping, transforming, and loading data from source to target software systems
