Field Engineer

Deploy, install, and replace desktop computers, laptops, monitors, and peripherals as part of the regional PC Refresh.

• Install, move, add, and change (IMAC) requests supporting IT infrastructure in office environments, reservation centers, and airport locations.
• Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Document processes and collect and analyze performance data to provide technical assistance.
• Tie workflow to schedule.
• Accurately document solutions related to complex issues.
• Create workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed and ensure issues are resolved.
• Troubleshoot and develop technical solutions related to software and setup errors for field engineers, technicians, and customers.
• Build positive relationships with customers.
• Use a ladder and lift, move, and transport computer equipment as required.

• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in IT field support, desktop support, or similar roles.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems and PC hardware.
• Experience with device imaging, deployment tools, and refresh processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills when supporting end users.
• Ability to lift, move, and transport computer equipment as required.
