• Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Configure and implement solutions that align with business needs.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and contribute to sales through RFP responses.
• Travel regularly and lead project streams while actively engaging with clients.

• Work with key stakeholders to understand needs and advise on SAP system capabilities; lead requirement gathering, architecture, blueprinting, testing, workflow, documentation, and functional design; liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into solutions and to configure or integrate SAP and non‑SAP systems.
• Demonstrate analytical ability and decision‑making based on a broad understanding of policies.
• Guide and develop junior team members.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–4 years of experience with SAP ERP‑based systems, preferably across multiple industries.
• One full implementation cycle focusing on SAP Project System module with hands‑on configuration in areas such as project structural components (definition, WBS disappeared, networks, templates), planning, budgeting,og, billing, and MRP.
• Understanding of integration points with other SAP modules:
  Managerial Accounting, Financial Accounting subcomponents (Asset Accounting, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable), Material Management, Order to Cash, Plant Maintenance, Production Planning, Human Resources.
Conceptual knowledge of advanced topics such as results analysis methods, event‑based revenue recognition, or resource‑related billing.
• Building and managing relationships.
• Complex problem‑solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

• Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience.
• SAP certifications, e.g., C_TS412 SAP Certified Associate – SAP S/4
  
  HANA Project Systems.
• Associate experience with at least one full cycle implementation of the core module.
• Additional qualifications that complement the role, including SAP Finance certifications.
• Prior industry experience in Accounting.
• A proactive approach to professional development.
• The ability to adapt to diverse environments and cultures.

• A comprehensive compensation and benefits package with a base salary range of $102,500 to $187,900 in the U.S. (local ranges vary by major metros) and additional benefits including medical and dental coverage, pension, 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off.
