in a variety of ways including
software development, system design, reporting, data analysis, documentation, testing, and training
. You will participate actively in projects, taking part in decisions affecting project scope, design and direction. Our team members demonstrate ownership and accountability, regularly innovate, and move our work forward individually and as a team.
- Gain expert knowledge of the RCRAInfo / eManifest systems.
- Help to manage the scope, schedule, and budget for several projects using Agile principles.
- Work with our clients and development teams to understand client business processes and develop mockups and specifications.
- Assist with internal testing and quality control.
- Assist with answering client questions and troubleshooting issues.
- Utilize a variety of software tools including word processing, spreadsheets, time and issue tracking software, project tracking software, and more.
- Some travel may be required for project coordination and business development purposes.
- Excellent professional communication and people skills (verbal and written).
- Logical thinking, accuracy, attention-to-detail, well organized.
- Experience with software testing.
- Experience managing a ticket tracking system like Jira.
- Ability to learn complex systems and domain-specific knowledge quickly.
- Adept with spreadsheets and managing information.
- Experience with Agile project management.
- Previous experience writing detailed specifications and creating mock-ups.
- Experience working with software developers.
- Database and SQL experience.
- Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Jira, Bit Bucket, Robo Help, Figma, Balsamiq, Oracle
- Option to work remotely or in our Salt Lake City, Utah office.
