Resource Innovations is seeking an experienced Sr. Oracle Project Manager to lead the migration from Oracle Fusion to Oracle Net Suite with ongoing support for Oracle Net Suite post implementation. This role will oversee the full implementation lifecycle, manage technical relationships, ensure successful adoption across the organization, and ongoing support for application.

- Maintain current Oracle Fusion application until deprecation at the end of 2026.
- Develop and execute the Oracle Net Suite implementation plan, including integrations with other applications (e.g., Salesforce, Workday HRIS, Avalara, etc.).
- Manage the relationship with Oracle’s technical team, implementation partner, and internal developers.
- Oversee change management initiatives within the organization.
- Plan and execute end-user training programs.
- Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of upgrades and integrations.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent technical degree required;
Master’s degree is a plus - At least 5–8 years of experience with Oracle Fusion and/or Oracle Net Suite.
- Proven track record of at least 3–4 ERP migrations and/or Net Suite implementations.
- Strong project management skills; PMP certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.
- Must be willing to travel occasionally to office sites throughout North America; as necessary.

Compensation & BenefitsResource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position. In addition to base pay, employees are eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
