Location & ScheduleThis role is based at our Salt Lake City Headquarters with a 4-day hybrid in-office schedule.
Position Summary & Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesThis role manages day-to-day loyalty platform operations, executing targeted campaigns, segmenting customers, and analyzing performance to drive stronger customer engagement and business outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities- Manage loyalty platform operations to deliver personalized, behavior-changing campaigns that strengthen customer relationships and boost retention
- Partner with the Loyalty Manager to develop, implement, and optimize loyalty offers that drive sales, units, and gross profit
- Work cross-functionally to set up, test, and deploy all loyalty promotions prior to launch
- Collaborate with internal partners to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues impacting loyalty promotions and customer experience
- Segment loyalty customers into actionable audiences based on purchase behavior and engagement patterns
- Analyze historical purchase data to align customer segments with targeted campaigns
- Create and deliver outbound reporting for internal and external stakeholders to measure loyalty program effectiveness
- Support additional loyalty initiatives and projects as assigned
- A customer-first mindset with a strong interest in loyalty, retention, and engagement
- A hands-on, execution-focused approach with strong attention to detail
- Analytical curiosity and comfort working with customer and transaction data
- The ability to collaborate cross-functionally while owning day-to-day execution
- Strong communication skills and confidence sharing insights and results
- 3+ years of experience working with loyalty platforms or loyalty capabilities
- Experience with database marketing in a multi-channel retail environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Experience in the convenience store or food service industry
- Experience executing customer segmentation and targeted offers
- A creative mindset with the ability to ask big-picture questions

Compensation & BenefitsPay Range: $55,000–$65,000 + DOE and Bonus Opportunities
