• Proactively source and identify qualified talent through Linked In and other search tools to support immediate hiring needs across the organization.
• Develop and manage pipelines for future hiring initiatives in key business areas, including niche or hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Conduct market and talent research to support recruiter and leadership efforts with relevant insights and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Collaborate with recruiters to support outreach strategies, screening coordination, and talent tracking for active requisitions.
• Assist with reporting, talent mapping, and strategic workforce planning efforts in alignment with company growth goals.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high‑performance culture within the HR department.

• Strong interest in talent acquisition, recruiting research, or HR operations.
• Familiarity with Linked In Recruiter, job boards, resume databases, or a willingness to quickly learn.
• Highly organized with excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple sourcing projects.
• Self‑starter who is naturally curious, tech‑savvy, and eager to grow in a team environment.

• Internship or administrative experience in a business or professional setting is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred but not required.
