Benefits Administrator

Description We are looking for an experienced Benefits Administrator to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a key role in managing and coordinating employee benefits programs with precision and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of benefits administration and a strong ability to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring seamless administration and compliance with organizational policies.

- Manage COBRA administration processes, including timely communication and documentation.

- Facilitate leave of absence procedures, ensuring accurate tracking and adherence to company guidelines.

- Collaborate with the compensation team to align benefits offerings with overall compensation strategies.

- Provide expert guidance and support to employees regarding their benefits options and eligibility.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to all benefits processes and employee inquiries.

- Research and implement improvements to current benefits programs to enhance employee satisfaction.

- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards in all aspects of benefits administration.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related questions and concerns.

- Partner with internal teams to streamline benefits operations and improve efficiency. Requirements - Proven experience in benefits administration, including coordination of various programs.

- Familiarity with COBRA regulations and procedures.

- Strong knowledge of leave of absence policies and practices.

- Ability to work effectively with compensation teams to align benefits strategies.

- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to support employees effectively.

- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance.

- Capability to identify and implement enhancements in benefits programs.
