This role implements HR and organizational development initiatives at the business unit or division level, partners with senior leaders to shape organizational effectiveness, and supports talent strategy, succession planning, and cultural transformation efforts.##

Job Description
** ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
*** Build deep, trusted relationships with executive leadership teams and develop a strong understanding of business goals, challenges, and priorities.
* Partner across HR centers of excellence (Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, I&D, Org Effectiveness) as well as FP&A and P&L leaders to deliver integrated talent solutions.
* Identify organizational trends, risks, and opportunities; develop data‑backed recommendations in partnership with business and matrix HR leaders.
* Advise leadership on talent management, organizational development, compensation, performance management, and change management best practices.
* Prepare, analyze, and present HR‑related data to enable informed decision‑making and support business growth.
* Use research, benchmarking, and workforce analytics to provide business insights and influence talent strategy.
* Play a key leadership role in organizational change initiatives, reinforcing a culture of growth, innovation, and continuous improvement.
* Coach and support leaders in making effective talent decisions and driving accountability for results.
* Lead and manage multiple HR projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timely completion.

** QUALIFICATIONS
* ** Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field
* 8+ years of HR experience
* Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and practices
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated influence across senior stakeholders
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Proven ability to manage cross‑functional projects from planning to execution
