** The Difference You’ll Make:
** In this role, you will complement our People & Great Work multi-functional team, which is focused on fostering great work with the great people of O.C. Tanner:
* Lead the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs, policies, and processes.
* Manage common compensation functions, including survey participation, job evaluation, benchmarking, salary structure development, and associated analysis.
* Perform analysis and market studies on current programs, using insights to develop solutions that ensure internal fairness and external competitiveness.
* Conduct job evaluation analyses using standard job evaluation techniques for career paths and job leveling.
* Ensure that compensation programs remain competitive, equitable, compliant, and conform to current compensation strategy.
* Partner with O.C. Tanner’s Executive team and leaders to design and implement compensation initiatives.
* Act as a collaborative and trusted advisor to leaders in the compensation function.
* Partner closely with our Recruiting team to ensure offers made to new candidates and internal promotions align with compensation systems and structures.
* Create tools and training to equip our leaders to have informed, confident compensation conversations with their team members.
* Help leaders maximize tools to help them in workforce planning.
* Align global compensation structures.

*** A track record in developing, designing, and executing compensation strategies.
* Proven critical thinking, analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills, with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to synthesize information and data from a variety of sources.
* Acting as a consultant to and collaborator with leaders at all levels.
* Ability to meet people where they are and successfully lead sensitive compensation conversations.
* Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
* Success with developing efficient processes and integrating practices into leadership workflow.
* Appropriately handling highly sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
* Participation in People & Great Work events and initiatives.
** Skills, Education, and

Certifications:

*** Background in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
* 4+ years’ experience managing compensation programs.
* Experience with Workday HCM, compensation, advanced compensation, and reporting.
* Experience with global compensation, especially India, is preferred.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* CCP certification preferred.
