You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
To assist the Reservation Manager in managing the Reservations Department and work closely with Marketing and Sales and other relevant Rooms Departments to maximise Room Yield through Inventory Control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with Hyatt’s Brand Standards.
ResponsibilitiesSupport the Reservations Department under the guidance of the Reservation Manager; coordinate with Marketing, Sales and other Rooms Department teams to maximise room yield through inventory control; ensure compliance with Hyatt brand standards and provide excellent customer service to guests and owners.
QualificationsIdeally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager in either Reservation or Front Office, or as Team Leader in a larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
