As our Food & Beverage Manager, you'll lead the way in providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service across all F&B outlets, from Room Service to Lounge to Banquets. You'll oversee budgets and work towards exceeding sales revenue targets, all while ensuring high standards and guest satisfaction. KEY

SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Customer Service Orientation: Deliver exceptional service in all F&B areas, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere for guests and employees.
  • Financial Acumen: Manage financial aspects of the department, including budgeting and revenue improvement, to meet and exceed targets.
  • Problem‑Solving Ability: Anticipate and address issues proactively to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Communication

    Skills:

    Clearly convey information and ideas, listen to and resolve concerns, and maintain open lines of communication with all stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Utilize Windows operating systems, spreadsheets, and word processing tools for effective management and reporting.
  • Supervisory

    Skills:

    Motivate, coach, and discipline F&B personnel, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, with supervisory experience required.
  • Prefer a 2-year college degree with 3 or more years of related experience, or a 4-year college degree with at least 1 year of related experience.
  • Effective in handling stressful, high‑pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity.
  • Compliance with certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.
