KEYSKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Service Orientation: Deliver exceptional service in all F&B areas, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere for guests and employees.
- Financial Acumen: Manage financial aspects of the department, including budgeting and revenue improvement, to meet and exceed targets.
- Problem‑Solving Ability: Anticipate and address issues proactively to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Communication
Skills:
Clearly convey information and ideas, listen to and resolve concerns, and maintain open lines of communication with all stakeholders. - Technical Proficiency: Utilize Windows operating systems, spreadsheets, and word processing tools for effective management and reporting.
- Supervisory
Skills:
Motivate, coach, and discipline F&B personnel, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, with supervisory experience required.
- Prefer a 2-year college degree with 3 or more years of related experience, or a 4-year college degree with at least 1 year of related experience.
- Effective in handling stressful, high‑pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity.
- Compliance with certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.
