SummaryYou will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Demi Chef will be responsible for producing foods for the assigned outlet. To prepare a consistent, high quality food product and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards.
QualificationsIdeally with a relevant diploma or professional certification in Hospitality or Tourism management, Minimum 2 years experience as commis or demi chef in large hotel operation. Experience in cold kitchen. Confident to communicate in English , Sounds of Hygiene knowledge
