Pay Range: $18/hour

The Position:
Mountain Land Physical Therapy is hiring a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Patient Care Coordinator (Front Desk / Medical Receptionist) to join our outpatient physical therapy clinic in Caldwell. In this patient-facing role, you’ll manage scheduling and payment collection while creating a welcoming, efficient experience from check-in to check-out. We provide complete training and mentorship, so this is a great fit for both experienced front office candidates and those new to healthcare.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and check in patients, creating a friendly and professional first impression
Manage provider schedules using our scheduling software
Collect co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, and private payments at time of service
Answer phones and respond to emails with excellent customer service
Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in all patient interaction
Keep the front desk and waiting area organized, efficient, and welcoming
Assist with administrative tasks and accurate patient information updates as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Front office, medical receptionist, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred
Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Office) and learning new software quickly
Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Friendly, team-oriented, professional demeanor
Willingness to learn and grow in a healthcare setting
