• Deliver high quality behavioral healthcare to patients

• Fully licensed in Utah (Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist)
• Must have completed a Master’s program and be out of the supervision stage
