Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Outpatient - Cash Incentive Award Program at Life Stance Health. Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $/yr.

• Deliver high quality behavioral healthcare
• Support patient care with clinical excellence in a hybrid outpatient setting (in person and telehealth)

• Fully licensed in Utah (Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Clinical Mental Health Counselor, or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist)
