Job Type: Contract

Schedule: Set your schedule | 8 – 40 available work hours!

Pay: $43–60 per reimbursed hour or session provided.

Sign‑On Bonus:

• 1–10 hours/week = $500 sign‑on bonus
• 11–19 hours/week = $1,000 sign‑on bonus
• 20+ hours per week = $1,500 sign‑on bonus

Job Summary & Deliverables:

• Create individualized care plans with detailed goals and objectives.
• Provide individual and group evidence‑based psychotherapy interventions.
• Utilize evidence‑based interventions and tools to assist with treatment.
• Assist with program support needs as necessary.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited university/college.
• Current or pending certification as either: LCSW, LMFT, CMHC.
• 2+ years of experience in social services.
• 2+ years of experience providing customer service.

Holladay, UT.
