What We’re Looking ForWe’re immediately seeking compassionate, dependable, and caring individuals to join our Caregiver Team as a Personal Care Aide to fulfill our mission, "To improve the quality of life for those we serve".
Responsibilities- Assist clients with day-to-day tasks to help them feel happy, safe and comfortable in their own homes.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, performing various housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and companionship activities.
- Assist with homemaking activities: vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning bathrooms.
- Prepare meals and snacks according to instructions and may shop for groceries.
- Accompany client to doctor’s visits, take notes as needed, and provide companionship during walks, trips, and recreational activities.
- Report changes to the client or their environment to the caring office team.
- Medical benefits for full‑time employees after 60 days.
- Competitive pay: $11.50–$12.00 per hour for shifts of 1.5 hours or more; $13.00 for shifts less than 1.5 hours; $10.50 per hour at night.

- Paid travel time and mileage between client visits.
- Supportive office staff with a 24‑hour on‑call line for client questions.
- Holiday shifts paid at time and a half.
- PTO available for winning Caregiver of the Quarter.
- Potential raises after 60‑day and annual reviews.
- Tuition help or reimbursement for CNA school upon pre‑approval and completion of state exam.
- Inclusion in a team that has earned multiple Home Care Pulse awards.
- At least 18 years old.
- Compassionate, ontime, dependable, and good at communication.
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation. Preferred: valid driver’s license and insured automobile.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 6 months to a year of professional or personal caregiving experience.
- Complete an in‑office competency evaluation.
- Pass a background/drug screening.
- Qualified to work in the United States.
$11.50–$13.00 an hour for daytime shifts, $10.50 an hour at night.
