Overview

Responsibilities- You will administer both oral and IV contrast; evaluate patients for any allergic reactions; place correct IV for the exam being performed.
- You will load and operate Med Rad power injector.
- You will operate and understand CT scanning equipment; practice ALARA standards; understand physician protocols and scan appropriately.
- You will assist interventional radiologists with procedures.
- You will maintain a clean work environment and stock the department with supplies and linens.
- You will move, lift, and assist patients onto and off the scanner table.
- (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer
- Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- (ARRT-CT) Computed Tomography, or (ARRT-R) Radiography
