CT Technologist

Overview

• You will administer both oral and IV contrast; evaluate patients for any allergic reactions; place correct IV for the exam being performed.
• You will load and operate Med Rad power injector.
• You will operate and understand CT scanning equipment; practice ALARA standards; understand physician protocols and scan appropriately.
• You will assist interventional radiologists with procedures.
• You will maintain a clean work environment and stock the department with supplies and linens.
• You will move, lift, and assist patients onto and off the scanner table.

• (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer
• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (ARRT-CT) Computed Tomography, or (ARRT-R) Radiography
