This position partners directly with physicians, therapy professionals, and rehabilitation programs to ensure successful implementation, training, and ongoing therapy support.

The specialist will act as a clinical subject-matter resource, assisting care teams with workflow integration, program development, patient education, and monitoring therapy progress both onsite and remotely. The role blends elements of clinical education, therapy coordination, and program development within a patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with field sales to drive therapy adoption and program development across rehabilitation and physician-led care settings
  • Provide clinical education, onboarding, and hands‑on support for providers and therapy teams
  • Assist with treatment planning and patient evaluation processes
  • Support therapy delivery workflows — including in‑clinic and peri‑procedural environments
  • Serve as the regional therapy expert and key point of contact for clinical questions
  • Deliver engaging therapy-focused presentations and patient education sessions
  • Monitor therapy utilization, documentation, and program outcomes
  • Track activity, forecast program growth, and maintain CRM records
  • Build strong relationships with program leadership, clinicians, and therapists
  • Identify ways to optimize referral pathways and access to treatment
  • Demonstrate urgency, professionalism, and patient‑first mindset
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory, clinical, and company standards
Qualifications
  • Licensed or formally trained Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist (OT, PT, COTA, or PTA)
  • 3–5+ years of experience in neuro‑rehabilitation, medical device therapy support, or clinical program development
  • Strong experience collaborating with physicians and therapy-driven care teams
  • Excellent communication, training, and patient-facing skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across clinical environments
Required Skills
  • Prior experience with neuromodulation or advanced rehabilitation technology
  • Background supporting new-technology or disruptive therapy launches
  • Experience working within hospital and outpatient rehab settings
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Ability to influence multidisciplinary decision-makers
  • Comfort working in a growth-stage or innovative company environment
  • Strong autonomy, clinical curiosity, and collaborative mindset
  • Occasional Overnight within the territory.
