Our Impact
Corporate Treasury Operations is a subdivision of Corporate Treasury. As a global, multi-faceted and cross-product subdivision, our primary objectives are to lead the development of new payment-centric businesses, while building scale and improving agility to adapt to a rapidly changing payment landscape; act as a first line of defense for control and governance to protect the firm’s financial assets; and incorporate differentiated client service to be best in class.
The subdivision has a global presence with offices in Singapore, Tokyo, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, London, Warsaw, Frankfurt, New York, Dallas, Salt Lake City and Sao Paulo, working together as a global team.
These roles offer high-profile opportunities to drive strategic data and process-based solutions across businesses and entities within the firm. Successful candidates will build data analytic skillsets and broaden their product, market, and regulatory knowledge.
What You Will Do- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team responsible for payment clearing, settlements, and reconciliations of Corporate, Retail, and Affiliate client flows. Manage performance and provide opportunities for growth and career progression.
- Gain understanding of payment rails (e.g., ACH, FEDWIRE, Checks, SWIFT, CHAPS, SEPA, FPS, RTP) and apply knowledge to lead/innovate in a dynamic banking landscape to optimize payment efficiency and reduce operational risks; measure impact through OKRs or KRIs.
- Oversee day-to-day execution of operational controls to ensure timely settlement across rails, accurate reconciliation, and prompt resolution of process exceptions; perform BAU approvals.
- Contribute to the development of a robust control framework for proactive risk management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Corporate Treasury, Legal, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Operations Horizontal teams to enhance payment infrastructure, integrate new technologies, improve efficiency, and deliver client service.
- Participate in recruitment to maintain a pipeline aligned with division goals.
- Engage in Enterprise Risk Management and audits to ensure adherence to payment schemes and regulatory requirements (e.g., NACHA, OFAC, AML).
- Manage and monitor KPIs related to payment processing, including transaction success rates and throughput for self-clearing; communicate metrics to senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial services, specifically control-side Operations
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of global payment systems, regulatory frameworks, and emerging financial technologies
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining integrity and delivering excellence
- Proven ability to balance competing priorities with challenging deadlines without compromising quality
- Flexibility to respond to changes and handle unexpected challenges with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Strong risk management, attention to detail, and judgment to balance risk, efficiency, and client service
