JCW is currently a commercial bank based in the Salt Lake City metro area and is looking to add to their Strategic Partner Compliance team to work with their Fintech partners. This role reports to the SVP of Strategic Partner Compliance.
Responsibilities- Act as the SME for the bank for lending compliance rules/regulations for the Strategic Partners of the bank.
- Oversee the Strategic Partner's compliance management system to be compliant with the Bank Compliance policies and procedures.
- Assist with the banks compliance team for state/federal exams and audits.
- 4+ years of Strategic Partner Compliance experience working with Fintech partners in banking.
- Familiarity with Consumer Compliance regulations including UDAAP, ECOA, TILA, FCRA, etc.
