This is a premier opportunity for a highly credentialed, relationship-driven wealth professional to serve as a trusted advisor to ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and multi-generational families, helping them preserve, grow, and transfer wealth with purpose and precision.
This role combines deep technical planning expertise with front-line client leadership. You will lead complex client relationships while delivering sophisticated planning strategies across estate, tax, trust, investment, philanthropic, and wealth transfer disciplines. This is not a sales role—your value lies in judgment, insight, and long-term client outcomes.

- Serve as the lead advisor and primary relationship manager for UHNW individuals, families, and family office clients.
- Design, implement, and oversee highly customized financial plans integrating estate, tax, trust, investment, philanthropic, and risk management strategies.
- Lead and facilitate complex planning conversations, including wealth transfer, business succession, charitable planning, and asset protection.
- Translate sophisticated planning concepts into clear, actionable guidance clients can confidently act on.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal specialists across tax, legal, trust, and investment teams to deliver a fully integrated client experience.
- Ensure investment strategies remain aligned with clients’ goals, life stages, and risk profiles; collaborate with investment teams on rebalancing and portfolio oversight.
- Proactively anticipate client needs, identify planning opportunities, and deepen long-term relationships.
- Leverage planning technology (e.g., eMoney, Salesforce) to deliver insights and monitor evolving client plans.
- Stay current on legislation, planning trends, and best practices to provide proactive, forward-looking advice.
- Contribute to firm-wide initiatives that enhance the client experience and advance modern wealth planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 8–12+ years of experience in wealth management or financial planning, with significant exposure to UHNW clients, family offices, and complex family structures.
- Deep expertise in estate and trust planning, tax strategy, philanthropic structuring, business succession, and wealth transfer.
- Exceptional communicator with the ability to simplify complexity and build trust with highly sophisticated clients.
- Strategic thinker who remains calm under pressure and is driven by excellence, collaboration, and client impact.
- Experience with eMoney Advisor or similar planning tools preferred.
