A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Operations Associate in the banking, accounting, and finance sector.

• Leverage your attention to detail by managing daily responsibilities and inquiries while enhancing your project management skills on key market initiatives and internal system enhancements.
• Grow with a strong team and develop a deep understanding of products and complex transactions while working with our business partners.
• Coordinate and process team-specific tasks as requested by the business.
• Perform quality reviews of other team members' completed work and ensure data accuracy.
• Work across multiple systems and platforms.
• Interface with teams and businesses to resolve ongoing issues and answer specific policy questions.

• Knowledge and experience in financial services.
• Asset servicing knowledge is preferred but not required.
• Proven track record contributing in a dynamic team environment.
• Pays attention to detail and can multi-task.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel.
• Knowledge of product data, reconciliation, trade management, and accounting functions is preferred but not required.

Pay Range
: $20 - $23 per hour. Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
