Overview
Ford Motor Credit Company ("Ford Credit"), has received regulatory conditional approval to form Ford Credit Bank (the "Bank") to be headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. The Bank will create innovative and simplified banking solutions to help customers across the country finance the purchase of new Ford vehicles, parts, accessories, and software and earn competitive rates on FDIC-insured savings accounts and certificates of deposit.
The Bank will be a direct and wholly owned subsidiary of Ford Motor Credit Company ("Ford Credit"), an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Ford Motor Company ("Ford").

The Accounting Officer – Reg W will ensure compliance with Regulation W, which governs transactions between a bank and its affiliates, by monitoring activities, identifying potential risks, conducting analysis, and implementing procedures to prevent violations related to affiliate relationships and transactions within allowed limits; this includes tasks like reviewing proposed transactions, calculating exposure levels, reporting compliance issues, and providing guidance to business lines on interpreting and adhering to Regulation W guidelines.
- Review proposed affiliate transactions and assess compliance with Regulation W
- Calculate exposure levels and monitor thresholds within allowed limits
