• Investment Banking: Provides advisory and execution services, specializing in mergers and acquisitions (sell-side/buy-side), capital raising, and strategic advisory. Engagements help clients achieve strategic milestones throughout their business lifecycle with attention to detail and process.
• Debt Capital Markets: Provides debt solutions through Loan Syndications and Securities Underwriting. Structures multi-bank credit facilities and underwrites debt and equity for public and private securities issuances.

• Real Estate Capital Markets: Provides financing solutions across the property lifecycle, including ownership, operation, construction, and stabilization, offering conduit lending and nationwide fixed-rate non-recourse financing for securitization collateralized by commercial real estate.
• Sales & Trading: Offers foreign exchange, commodities, and interest rate risk management solutions to help clients manage price volatility.

Full-Time Capital Markets Analyst Program:

The ZCM 2-year Capital Markets Analyst Program offers an entrepreneurial experience to join a rapidly growing platform and team. Analysts will take an active role within their team (while completing a formal training program), working alongside seasoned capital markets professionals to meet clients’ financial needs.

Analysts will build deep relationships with key partners (e.g., Credit, Legal), team members, and clients while working through the full transaction life cycle.

The Interest Rate Risk Management group within Sales and Trading advises, structures, prices, and hedges interest rate risk for borrowing clients. The analyst will support senior marketers through the deal lifecycle, including pitch book creation, document preparation, market updates, deal pricing updates, and facilitating delivery of hedging products. They will help identify and track opportunities by analyzing historic and current loan production and assist in post-trade support interfacing with middle and back offices.

Location: Zions Capital Markets has offices throughout the U.S., including Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, Houston, Charlotte, and Fort Lauderdale.
