The ZCM 2-year Capital Markets Analyst Program offers a unique entrepreneurial experience to join a rapidly growing platform and team. The program offers the opportunity to maximize Analysts' potential in these early professional years, providing foundational knowledge, skills, and experiences that will last a professional lifetime. Analysts will immediately take an active role within their team (while completing a formal training program), working alongside seasoned capital markets professionals, to successfully meet the financial needs of our clients.
Analysts will build deep relationships with key partners (e.g. Credit, Legal, etc.), team members, and clients while working throughout the full transaction life cycle.
The Foreign Exchange desk, within the Sales and Trading business in Zions Capital Markets, offers a full suite of solutions to help manage currency risk when expanding or operating internationally, pursuing new markets, or simply transacting in foreign currencies. The analyst will play a critical role in supporting senior marketers throughout the lifecycle of the deal process, including pitch book creation, document preparation, market updates, trade execution, and facilitating the delivery of foreign exchange products to clients.
They will perform an important role in identifying and tracking potential opportunities by analyzing historic internal data and publicly available information on prospective companies. They will also assist in ongoing support that interfaces with front, middle, and back-office teams to support clients' international needs.
Zions Capital Markets has offices throughout the U.S. including in Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, Houston, Charlotte, and Fort Lauderdale.

- Completed BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, and/or related majors, with a scheduled graduation prior to the annual June 1 st start date
- Overall GPA of 3.5 or above
- Strong interest in finance and capital markets
- High degree of academic and extracurricular achievement
- Proven analytical ability, critical thinking, and attention to detail
- Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Comfortable working with peers at all levels, ranging from fellow analysts through Managing Directors
- Willingness to commit substantial time and energy to the program

This position is eligible to earn a base salary of:
- $80,000 (Salt Lake City)
- $85,000 (Charlotte)
- $90,000 (El Segundo)
