, this role becomes the post‑close “quarterback” for each financed asset – managing day‑to‑day interactions with lenders, tax equity investors, and internal teams to ensure every project remains compliant, funded, and on schedule.

• 5+ years of experience in project finance, corporate finance, capital markets, or portfolio finance, ideally within U.S. renewables.
• Direct exposure to debt, tax equity, or structured project financings.

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented, capable of managing covenants, reporting calendars, and complex multi‑stakeholder workflows.
