Credit Operations Coordinator

We are hiring Credit Risk and Operations Coordinators to support one of our clients, a leading global financial services firm
, within their Credit Bureau Disputes and Operations function.

Location: Draper, UT (Onsite – 5 days/week)

Pay: $23.00/hour

Duration: Contract through October 2026

Start: ASAP

• Serve as a subject matter resource while managing multiple high-risk operational queues
• Accurately document actions taken and resolve customer requests through structured casework
• Handle sensitive, high-risk cases including credit bureau disputes and notifications
• Research escalated customer disputes and provide thorough, customer‑centric resolutions
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory, compliance, and departmental policies and procedures
• Participate in projects and process improvements to support operational excellence
• Contribute feedback to help refine procedures, documentation, and workflows

• Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent relevant work experience)
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in an administrative, analyst, or operations role>
• Prior experience in the financial services industry strongly preferred
• Exposure to credit bureau disputes, credit reporting, or operations is a plus
• Experience working with major credit bureaus (Experian, Equifax, Trans Union) preferred
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Comfort working in a high-volume, process‑driven environment
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Experience with data furnishing, Metro2 mapping, QA/UAT, or rejection mitigation is a plus
• Familiarity with SQL, SAS, or similar data/query tools is a plus
