We work side‑by‑side with clients across Banking, Capital Markets, Wealth, Asset Management, Insurance, and more. We’re seeking a Manager to support captive insurance tax consulting, compliance, and feasibility projects.

• Oversee preparation and delivery of captive insurance tax consulting memos and tax opinions.
• Conduct captive insurance feasibility studies, including tax implications commentary.
• Review financial statements, audits and tax returns.
• Manage client relationships, engagement staffing and economics.
• Analyze engagement results to enhance client service.

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of tax experience.
• CPA or licensed attorney (required).
• Strong knowledge of ASC 740 and SSAP 101.
• Income‑tax support for audits and experience with insurance & C‑Corporations.
• At least 5 years of experience preparing 1120, 1120 PC, 1120 L and consolidated group returns; review experience required.
• Experience in One Source and/or Corptax environments.
• Experience with captive insurance companies is a bonus.

• Base salary range US: $103,600 – $189,900; NYC metro $124,300 – $215,800.
• Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, pension and 401(k), paid time off.
• Hybrid model: in‑person 40‑60 % of the time.
