About Silver King Beverage

Silver King Beverage (formerly Vobev) is the first independent can maker and filler in North America to bring can make + can fill + beverage operations under one roof. We’re fast, we’re growing, and we run on Safety, Quality, and People
. This role sits right in the middle of the action — Finance supporting Operations — helping leadership make smart, data‑backed decisions.

Position Summary

The Senior FP&A Analyst supports budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across SKB, with a heavy focus on manufacturing operations, labor, materials, and plant performance
. This role partners closely with the CFO/Controller team and with Operations leaders to explain the “why” behind the numbers, not just report them.

If you like connecting what’s happening on the floor to what’s happening in the P&L, this is your job.

What You’ll Do
  • Support and help lead the annual budget and rolling forecast process for assigned departments (Ops, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Admin, or Commercial).
  • Prepare monthly financial reporting packages
, including variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast) and explanations leadership can act on.
  • Analyze production, labor, and material cost trends and highlight risks/opportunities to Finance and Operations.
  • Build and maintain driver‑based financial models to support volume changes, line utilization, labor planning, and margin improvement.
  • Partner with Operations to translate operational metrics (OEE, line rates, scrap, downtime) into financial impact.
  • Assist with capital expenditure (Cap Ex) analysis — ROI, payback, and post‑project performance tracking.
  • Support pricing/margin projects for new products, new customers, or co‑pack/beverage customers.
  • Help improve FP&A tools, KPI dashboards, and reporting cadence to make data easier to consume.
  • Respond to ad hoc analysis from CFO, Controller, or Ops leadership (scenario modeling, “what if,” customer/program profitability).
  • Ensure data aligns with ERP/Accounting (actuals tie‑out, correct cost centers, clean master data for reporting).
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
    .
  • 3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience —
manufacturing, food/bev, supply chain, or CPG experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong Excel/modeling skills (pivot tables, lookups, building simple models). Experience with BI/reporting tools is a plus.
  • Experience working from an ERP (Oracle, JD Edwards, MS Dynamics, SAP, or similar).
  • Comfortable presenting numbers to non‑finance leaders — you can explain margin, absorption, and labor in plain English.
  • Detail‑oriented but able to move fast in a growing environment.
  • Curious, proactive, and willing to go to the floor to understand the process.
Nice to Have
  • Exposure to manufacturing KPIs (OEE, throughput, yield, scrap).
  • Experience building or improving monthly financial review decks
    .
Why You’ll Love It Here
  • You’ll have direct line of sight to the impact of your analysis.
  • You’ll work with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance — not just sit in spreadsheets.
  • SKB is still scaling — so your ideas for better reporting, faster closes, and clearer dashboards will actually be used.
