Service Advisor

Overview

Kenworth Sales Company, an industry leader awarded the 2020 Dealer of the Year, is expanding across 37 dealerships in the Intermountain West and Mid-Atlantic regions. With a 80-year foundation, we invite a Service Advisor to join our Salt Lake City location and contribute to our fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• Coordinate customer intake, collect all data, and create repair orders.
• Assist Service Advisors with obtaining approvals and scheduling repair appointments.
• Answer inbound calls, provide status updates, and promote labor, parts, and accessories sales.
• Maintain understanding of service bulletins, campaigns, federal recalls, and related literature.
• Follow up with customers after repair to ensure satisfaction, completing surveys via phone and email.
• Maintain calm, professional demeanor and open communication with all service department personnel.
• Apply factory and formal training as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent; must possess working knowledge of heavy truck repair methods.
• Excellent phone and customer service skills; appearance must meet company image and requirements.
• Self-starter, hard worker, responsible, and problem solver
