** Flooring Coordinator
** RC Willey is hiring a Flooring Coordinator to support flooring operations. Responsibilities include loading subcontractors, delivering products, assisting contractors, managing warehouse tasks, organizing samples, processing returns, and supporting customer service with scheduling and invoicing. We’re looking for a team player with strong organizational skills to ensure smooth operations and uphold our commitment to quality and service.

** Key Responsibilities
*** Load subcontractors daily using lift equipment and deliver flooring materials to job sites.
* Support contractors on-site and resolve jobsite issues, involving management when needed.
* Perform warehouse tasks including pulling product, prepping for installation, and maintaining a clean dock and dumpster area.
* Coordinate with Sales to ship flooring samples and displays.
* Handle defective product returns, document issues, and work with claims personnel.
* Assist with customer service tasks such as scheduling, communicating with subcontractors/customers, and taking inbound calls.
* Help invoice flooring contracts and support estimator scheduling and vendor training.
* All other duties as assigned
** Skills and Qualifications
*** Self-driven, reliable, and able to perform well under pressure
* Effective communicator with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Customer-focused with experience in service or team coordination preferred
