Civil Engineer/Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our growing team. This role will involve managing and delivering projects, focusing on land development, water infrastructure, wastewater infrastructure, and stormwater management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site design and permitting, as well as experience in leading engineering teams and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams in the design and development of civil infrastructure projects (land development, water, wastewater, and stormwater).
• Prepare civil site drawings with AutoCAD Civil 3D, including grading plans, utility layouts, stormwater collection systems, and road designs.
• Create land disturbance permits, building permit packages, stormwater management calculations, and compliance deliverables for environmental regulations.
• Provide direction and mentorship to professional staff, ensuring timely project completion while maintaining quality and constructability.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, ensure project goals are met, and maintain long-term relationships.
• Oversee the functionality, accuracy, and constructability of project designs, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
