Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year

Location: UT, TX, AZ.
UT has little or no travel.
TX will require travel (per diem and housing provided) unless you live close to El Paso or Las Cruces.

We are a wastewater treatment plant construction team based out of UT, TX and AZ. We are looking for multiple project managers. • 7+ years’ experience with Pump Stations, Treatment Plants and Public Works
• 4-year degree - Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

As a Construction WWTP Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for project management methodology on Heavy Civil WWTP/Pump Station projects.

• Direct experience managing wastewater or water treatment plant construction, especially involving PFAS or similar contaminants.
• Familiarity with design-build delivery, permitting, and coordination with environmental agencies.
• Understanding of startup and commissioning of treatment systems, including pump stations, clarifiers, and advanced filtration technologies.

• Budget development
• Managing cost and "Work In Progress" projections.
• Managing job site supervisory personnel.
• Planning and scheduling the project.
• Developing and maintaining owner relations.
• Negotiating and purchasing materials.
• Establishing and enforcing job site safety expectations.
• Managing overall project costs.
• Overseeing labor projections.
• Contract negotiation and administration.

• Process Mechanical/Process Piping
• Concrete structures
• Roadways, wet/dry utilities, drainage, structures. site work.

* El Paso role will be 18 months and then you can choose which office you would like to sit out of - TX, UT, AZ - relocation assistance.
