Sr. O&P Standards Specialist, NERC Compliance

• Serve as a Compliance Business Partner for Operations & Planning (O&P) Compliance
• Lead the implementation of NERC Reliability Standards Requirements within regulatory deadlines
• Conduct audits, self‑certifications, and internal compliance assessments to ensure adherence to standards
• Identify process improvement opportunities based on compliance assessments and industry best practices
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with industry associations and internal stakeholders

• Four‑year bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5‑8 years of related work experience in NERC compliance or utilities compliance
• Strong verbal and writing skills, both technical and non‑technical
• Experience with Protection Systems and Transmission Planning
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to fostering a culture of compliance

• Experience with PRC‑028, PRC‑029, and PRC‑030 standards
• Prior NERC O&P compliance experience, including compliance monitoring and audit support
• Self‑starter attitude with a willingness to tackle new challenges
