  • Support and/or execute validation activities, including IQ, OQ, PQ protocol development, execution, and reporting.
  • Partner with tooling, equipment, and material vendors to resolve mold or equipment issues, as supported by senior engineering staff.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Production, Quality, NPI, and Engineering to meet schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
  • Assist in identification and implementation of process improvements to reduce scrap, improve yield, and optimize cycle times.
  • Support defect analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective action implementation.
  • Provide limited technical training and guidance to molding technicians and operators.
  • Maintain cleanroom compliance, technical documentation, and change control requirements.
  • Demonstrate all corporate values:

    • We are bold in our aspirations while moving forward with humility and integrity.
    • We are committed to making our customers successful.
    • We foster inspired teams.
REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to interpret part prints, mold designs, and process documentation.
  • Experience performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  • Strong written communication, documentation, and computer skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cleanroom and on the production floor.
PREFERENCES
  • Master Molder I certification.
