Role Overview

You’ll be an Instrumentation and Controls Engineer working on state‑of‑the‑art industrial and commercial facilities. You’ll manage the schedule and technical quality of engineering tasks, provide on‑site assistance during startup, coordinate work with other staff, and collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to deliver world‑class solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop P&IDs, size valves, specify instrumentation, and document and model design information.
  • Design and optimize control systems for a variety of processes, ensuring compliance with building codes and industry standards.
  • Produce control system designs, develop options and optimizations for process control, instrumentation, and automation.
  • Coordinate work activities with team members and discipline leads, and provide on‑site assistance during startup.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with Instrumentation and Control.
  • Working knowledge of DDC, PLC, DCS, and other controls applications preferred.
  • Experience working with Data Centers.
  • Engineer in Training (EIT).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Forward‑thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute innovative ideas.
  • Ability to learn quickly and collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Passion for buildings and construction.

Base salary range: $69,500.00 to $95,500.00. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and education or training.
